Photo, Signature & ID Upload Guidelines

Your photo, signature, and ID proof are printed on your admit card, hall ticket, and certificate — unclear uploads are a common reason applications get rejected. Follow these specifications exactly.

Photograph requirements

Do

  • Full face visible from top of hair to chin, face prominently visible (about 80% of the frame), both ears visible
  • Eyes open, looking straight at the camera, centered in frame
  • Plain white or off-white background
  • Clear, undamaged print — not blurred, torn, creased, or marked

Avoid

  • Distracting background or an off-centre photo
  • Washed-out colour, shadows, or pixelation
  • Looking away from the camera, or eyes closed
  • Sunglasses, tinted glasses, hats, masks, or hair across the eyes
  • Selfies or photos with unusual posture
