Photo, Signature & ID Upload Guidelines
Your photo, signature, and ID proof are printed on your admit card, hall ticket, and certificate — unclear uploads are a common reason applications get rejected. Follow these specifications exactly.
Photograph requirements
Do
- Full face visible from top of hair to chin, face prominently visible (about 80% of the frame), both ears visible
- Eyes open, looking straight at the camera, centered in frame
- Plain white or off-white background
- Clear, undamaged print — not blurred, torn, creased, or marked
Avoid
- Distracting background or an off-centre photo
- Washed-out colour, shadows, or pixelation
- Looking away from the camera, or eyes closed
- Sunglasses, tinted glasses, hats, masks, or hair across the eyes
- Selfies or photos with unusual posture

Signature requirements

- Note
- Sign on plain white paper with black ink, then scan — keep it horizontal and clearly visible.
Photo ID proof requirements

All three uploads should be clear, undamaged, and verifiable — if any image is unclear, the application may be rejected by the institute.
